SIKRITS provides project management consulting, AI strategy, digital transformation, and professional training. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no services have been rendered. Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of SIKRITS LIMITED. License is granted for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

SIKRITS LIMITED liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London.
