2. Services

SIKRITS Limited provides consultancy services including:

• Project management training and certification
• AI integration and automation consulting
• Executive coaching and advisory services
• Software development and deployment support

3. Payments

• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer protection law
• Prices are as displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT where required

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and deliverables provided by SIKRITS Limited remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a separate agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We do not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

SIKRITS Limited's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at sikrits.com/legal/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
